The Club night is made up of three time periods.

1. Game Time
2. Handbook Time
3. Council Time

Information we need when you come...

You will need the Visitor Registration Form completed when you first arrive.

The club and grade your child participates in is based on their birthday. Check out the Age Guideline Chart (below) to find the club in which your child will be participating.

After the first night, we will need a Yearly Permission Slip completed for participation in the club. This is to provide contact information for the safety of your child.

Birthday/Grade Placement Chart

• If your child is old enough to participate (Kindergarten must be 5 years old by August 31)
• The Grade in which your child will be placed (Children will be placed no higher than the grade of their birthday)

1. Find Month of Birth across the top
2. Go down to the year of birth,
3. To the Left you will find the grade and club where you child will be placed.
